Mission to Live Foundation is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing scholarships that enable veterans and first responders to access medically supervised, psychedelic-assisted therapy. Anonymity and Confidential Giving
Mission to Live Foundation respects the wishes of donors who choose to give anonymously or confidentially. If you wish your gift to remain anonymous:

- We will honor your request in all public acknowledgments, donor lists, annual reports, and website recognition.

Gifts made through Donor-Advised Funds that arrive without identifying information will be treated as anonymous unless the recommending donor separately notifies us of their identity.

Mission to Live Foundation is proud to recognize the generosity of our supporters. Unless you request anonymity, we may acknowledge your gift through:

Planned Giving and Estate Gifts
Donors who notify Mission to Live Foundation of a planned gift, bequest, or estate commitment can expect the following:
