Mahni Turnbull is a strategic generalist, ecosystem builder, and passionate adventurer from New Zealand, now based in San Francisco. Her career has spanned emerging technology, consumer brands, government innovation, mental health, and community building – from scaling ecosystems in crypto and frontier tech to building culturally resonant brands and experiences that bring people together around what’s next.

Mahni has worked across companies and initiatives connected to FinTech, AI, wellness, and psychedelic science, with a particular focus on translating complex ideas into movements, partnerships, and IRL experiences. Known for her ability to connect unlikely people and industries, Mahni operates at the intersection of technology, human potential, and culture. 

Outside of work, Mahni is an athlete who feels most alive in the mountains, in the ocean, on a bike, or deep in nature somewhere off-grid. At the core of her work is a deep belief that the future should make humans more alive, connected, and resilient.
